Refund & Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time. After that, partial charges may apply as per our Refund Policy.
Conditions
- Free cancellation up to 48 hours before pickup.
- Cancellations within 48 hours of pickup may incur partial charges.
- No-shows or cancellations after pickup time may be charged up to the first rental day and applicable fees.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method; processing may take 5–10 business days.
